Isn't it great that Kirsten gets to open the film in New York on her 25th birthday!

I was refering to the New York premier of Spiderman 3 which is next Monday.

Kirsten will also be appearing on David Letterman that night.   All on her birthday.   Should be fun.

I thought the Spiderman 3 - New York Preview will be at the Tribecca film festival?? But on their website it makes no reference to showing the third installment?? but states that it will be showing the first and second spiderman

Spend your Spider-Man week reliving the first two films with us at special screenings which will also feature an exclusive sneak peek at Spider-Man 3 plus other fun surprises! Night-owls will enjoy our midnight screenings while die-hard fans can start their Spidey-weekends early with a back-to-back doubleheader on Thursday. We can't think of a better way to rev-up before rushing to the theater for the very first screenings of the new film on Friday, May 4.

Do you think that having to go a manic preview show and then onto David Letterman's show is how Kirsten would have wanted to spend her birthday? It just strikes me that from the interviews/chat shows i've seen her give (which i will admit is not many), Kirsten seems a bit uneasy or uncomfortable doing them? Or is it just me? (i'm new to the Kike fanclub, so be easy on me!) I know if i were in her shoes i'd like to spend my birthday with friends and family, especially given the recent hype around the film. Comes with being the biggest name in film at the moment i suppose!

Tigger, Kirsten is a Professional with a Capital P. She's definitely willing to make little sarcrifices like these as 'part of the job'. Then again, who am I to know?  Lips sealed *pulls foot out of mouth*

Maybe she is not really willing it, but professional that's for sure! And she won't die if she's celebrating her birthday another day...
