She must have thought bagging herself a rocker would be exciting, but Kirsten Dunst found life with Johnny Borrell just stunk.

Fans of the hippest couple in showbiz were shocked by their sudden split last month and some doubted that the affair was really over. But we can reveal Kirsten was sickened to discover the Razorlight frontman was a kebab-gobbling, beer-swigging slob.

The Spider-Man actress, 25, booted Johnny out of her pristine North London pad because she couldn't stand the smells he left behind or his late-night lifestyle.

Johnny, 27, said: "We were leading different lifestyles. It's over. She believes in equality, that a bloke should chip in with the housework. Fair enough, but I'm messy, and I love messing around with bikes.

"She couldn't stand the smell of stale fags, beer and kebabs in her nice living room. Can't say I blame her, really."

Erm, us neither.

We revealed that the couple moved in together in July after a wall in Johnny's flat in Camden, North London, collapsed.

But Johnny's habits really got up Kirsten's nose.

He said: "I have been incredibly busy recording our latest album and I'd be rolling in at all hours, when she'd be getting up to go on set filming How To Lose Friends & Alienate People. I'm very much a night owl, and she's up with the lark. She's a really cool girl and she loves London and Britain. It was just one of those things."

But any of you ladies who like the sloth look, don't get too excited - Johnny insists he's not looking for a new love.

He said: "My focus now is on breaking America. So there's not really time for a love life. There was no one else involved. Besides, we've been performing at festivals and touring nonstop and barely have time to think, let alone go out on a date."

The couple met in April at the South By Southwest music festival in Austin, Texas and soon became inseparable.

Johnny gushed at the time: "Kirsten's lovely and a great girl. Things are going really well.

"You follow the things that you can't resist and you go where you go. That's falling in love."

Maybe next time you should clean up your act, Johnny.

I'm so glad that Kirsten came to her senses. I really never believed that Johnny was the right guy for her. She really does deserve better.
I hope she's okay about it.  I don't think that's easy for anyone.

Probably more to it than that.  I don't think it would take Kirsten 4 months to come to her senses about much of anything.  And while it isn't easy for Kirsten to break up, I've got to think it had an effect on Johnny also, although he sounds a bit indifferent  in his above comments.  A long time ago, KD mentioned that she wished she could experience Woodstock.  Maybe this was somehow related to that, and she decided Johnny just wasn't the right guy?   If nothing else, her experience might  make her better understand the rock group environment, which could  help her if she plays D. Harry.

Kirsten never really struck me as a person to leave someone because they are untidy and stay up late.  There really couldn't have been much there in the beginning.

yea but i think thats not johnny... i belive thats andrew.. kirstens friend from high school. Johnny was in london that same night at a charity event with Camilla Al Fayed. So im pretty sure that the guy in the video is not johnny.

You're right pam-cris.  I started to use "purportedly shows Kirsten and Johnny" because I found it hard to believe. 

Another proof that you can't believe what you read on the net.  Maybe if he hadn't been wearing the shades I would have noticed it wasn't Johnny.

Razorlight frontman Johnny Borrell has insisted that he is happy without ex-girlfriend Kirsten Dunst and prefers singledom.

The singer dated Dunst over the summer while she was in London filming movie How to Lose Friends and Alienate People, but they split up in August.

The Spider-Man actress reportedly dumped Borrell because she did not like his personal hygiene or his hectic lifestyle.

But Borrell has claimed that he has never been better, telling The Sun: "I couldn't be happier single. I'm enjoying myself. I'm doing lots of running - keeping fit - and loads more gigs with the band. Everything's going really well."

Johnny Borrell's reunion with ex love Kirsten Dunst has apparently been scuppered after a date on Razorlight's US tour was cancelled.

The rocker had arranged to see the actress when the band played in LA in two weeks - but now the date is off after the logistics made it impossible.



 

An insider told The Sun: "She was going to the gig, they were going to have a night out together.

"Who knows where that would have led? Johnny and Kirsten have been speaking on the phone lately.

"She has told him she is to play Debbie Harry in the new Blondie film - she knew he'd be impressed with that.

"But some of Kirsten's friends are quite chuffed her latest meeting with Johnny has fallen through - because she went a bit wild during their time together."
