Well looks like I'm the first to post since the forum returned.

In case anyone doesn't know Kirsten is currently in Utah for the Sundance Film Festival. She arrived yesterday (saturday) and, as per usual, is keeping things fairly low profile (ie avoiding the paps as much as possible  ).

There is a screening of "Welcome" taking place sunday evening, so i'm guessing Kirsten will be at that. Winona Ryder was also expected to attend the Festival, but was a no-show at the Sundance premiere of a film she is in (The Last Word) which was held saturday night, so it looks like she won't be there.

Random Paparazzi information: According to E-online's Planet Gossip, Kirsten was at the Hyde shindig at Village at the Yard.

Also, IndieWire, one of the famous online community of independent filmmakers and aficionados, listed "Welcome" as 10 must-see shorts and expected it to be the superstars of next year's short films.

Apparently, there was a Glamour Magazine Reel Moments Party at Robert Redford's Park City restaurant, Zoom. Bryce Dallas Howard, Kirsten's co-star of Spiderman 3, attended the Party. She was at the festival especially for Kirsten.

So, any pics of Kirsten re this party, John?

gkfi i don't think Kirsten was at the Welcome party (or if she was she certainly kept away from the photographer there  ).

Like a lot of other filmmakers/filmstars present i think Kirsten went to Sundance primarily to network. This is where you try and arrange deals/finance either for the film you're screening or a potential future project.

Possibly some discussions went on re "All Good Things" but my guess is that Kirsten was primarily looking for financial backing etc for "A Jealous Ghost".

In case you're wondering i'm fairly certain that Kirsten and Bryce did meet up at Sundance.

I always assume that Kirsten would be involve in the production phase of A Jealous Ghost. Co-directing, maybe?

Wow, I leave for a little while and the whole website changes.... Anyways, I once again attended the Sundance Film Festival. It was Great!!!! I will post with more details later.

I suppose there was no chance to meet Kirsten?
