Kirsten and screen time
«
on:
May 18, 2007, 04:41:26 PM »
Greetings,
I had put together this list on the previous version of the
Forum
, before it was lost. So now, here it is again, restored with the addition of
Spider-Man 3
to make it complete!
For those members who are new, I occasionally make posts at the
Forum
about completly useless trivia, and this is no exception.
Below is a list of all of Kiki's live action movies, with her screen time, in minutes, posted.
Some of these numbers may seem too low, but I assure you, these are accurate. I think it is her amazing screen presence that makes it seem like she is on the screen for more time than she really is.

That is over
ONE THOUSAND MINUTES
of our beloved Kiki !!!!!!
Personally, I think her best acting performances are in
Crazy / Beautiful
and
Marie Antoinette
. Interestingly, these are the films where she has the longest screen time. These two movies really show the great depth she has as an actress.
Ironically, two of her other greatest performances were in
Eternal Sunshine
and
Levity
, for which she is not even in for 15 minutes! She makes a HUGE impact in these movies, which shows what she can do in only a few minutes.
Anyway, enjoy, and I will be busy compiling some other useless bit of knowledge about our favorite blonde !
Cheers,
- rsvpjrdot

Yes, I remember that list, rsvp. I think you should start compiling some kind of K.D. book, as you have enough data. In fact, it is possible that Kirsten would hire you to remind her when she was in movies and other general knowledge that you have that maybe no one else would ever have. If she does, I hope you remember your old friends here on the site, and won't mind extensive visits from some of them.

Thank you very much... the stats are very very intersting...
How patient you are to make such a list!
The order is quite surprising: for example I thought she had much more appearance in Wimbledon!

I remember I was amazed by how many screen time Kiki already has, and I'm sure there'll be more of her in the future! These stats are so impressive!! Thanks, rsvpjrdot!

Greetings,
TopHat - I have not seen
The Death and Life of Nancy Eaton
.
However, I don't think she really is in that movie, since she is not listed with the main part of the cast, nor is she given a name. She probably appears on the TV in the background of a scene or something.
Cheers,

Hey what about "GET OVER IT" I love her singing it's so clean. I too was massively impressed with CRAZY/BEAUTIFUL" It was an excellant movie, and I expected nothing of value from it. I was so taken by her it'll never go away.
"LEVITY, and ETERNAL SUNSHINE were unique and interesting movie she really does have depth and she seems to have real eye for good projects. Thanks Kirsten for movies fun again. Some think your like the next GENE HARLOW I think your better!

I'd be careful with that accent, Striker. Because you're beginning to sound a lot like Mary Poppins."
